•Weight & Age Limits: Maximum weight is 225 lbs. Riders under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

•Special Needs & Expectant Mothers: If you are booking for someone with special needs or are an expectant mother, please read our Policies page before booking for important details.  

•Children Ages 5–9: Call or text Brook at 509-844-2735 to confirm pony availability before booking online. Unconfirmed bookings may be canceled without a refund.

•Booking & Confirmations: Rides must be booked online at least 24 hours in advance. Please check your inbox and spam folder to read and reply to your two mandatory confirmation emails after booking.
