PNW Guided Trail Rides is a family-owned and operated business dedicated to providing a high-quality, authentic horseback riding experience. Owners and operators Nate and Brook Ostrander proudly took over the corral in the fall of 2022, continuing the long-standing tradition of guided trail ride outfitters at Riverside State Park. We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve our community and to share our love of horses and the outdoors with you.

Our staff members bring extensive hands-on experience and professional training with horses, and they genuinely enjoy sharing their knowledge with our guests. Every horse in our program is carefully trained by Nate Ostrander of Two Eyes Horsemanship. These horses are steady, well-prepared, and truly enjoy their work—taking great care of every rider they carry.

For your safety and peace of mind, all staff are CPR and First Aid certified and experienced in remaining calm, capable, and attentive in any situation.

Beautiful trail ride with great scenery and very knowledgeable guide! Have been 4 times now and Brook always does a great job preparing us for the ride, specifically mentioning things that could go wrong but rarely do (they ARE horses, not machines) and teaching us how to handle them. Horses were all well-behaved and very calm - as a nervous rider, especially on trails, I felt very safe. Was the perfect way to get comfortable being outside of an arena again! Looking forward to the sleigh rides this winter!
